Cancellation Policy

By booking a Fashion Consultation with Bubble Studio, you agree to this Policy. Sessions last 60 minutes. A separate 5-minute buffer is reserved between appointments and does not reduce or extend your session. You are responsible for checking the date, time and time zone before booking. Full payment is required in advance. Your appointment is confirmed after successful payment and receipt of confirmation. You may cancel or reschedule by providing at least 12 hours’ written notice before the scheduled start time. Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing, banking or currency-conversion fees may be deducted where legally permitted. Each booking may be rescheduled once free of charge. Further changes may require a new booking. Requests received less than 12 hours before the appointment are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another appointment, service or person. Eligibility is determined by the time Bubble Studio receives your request. Please join on time. Late arrival does not extend the appointment; the session will end at its scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. You are responsible for a suitable device, stable internet connection and appropriate meeting environment. Client-side technical problems do not qualify for an automatic refund or extension. If a material technical problem is caused by Bubble Studio, we will offer an extension, free rescheduling or refund. The consultation provides professional guidance based on the information available during the session. Unless expressly included, it does not cover sketches, designs, tech packs, written reports, research, sourcing, production work or follow-up services. Advice does not guarantee sales, profitability, manufacturing success or any specific result. You remain responsible for your decisions and implementation. You confirm that you have the right to share all submitted materials. Each party retains its existing intellectual property. The consultation does not create an NDA unless separately agreed in writing. The session may not be recorded, reproduced or shared without prior written consent. If Bubble Studio cancels, you may choose free rescheduling or a full refund. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
